As i said before the trophy description says "Reach Elite Division with your club" not "win the match that gets you promoted to Elite Division" so either the trophy is buggy or the trophy/achievement description is VERY wrong,
EA should fix this, the trophy should unlock for all the members of the club that gets promoted to Elite Division, or at least EA should update/change the trophy description or requirement.
Have the same problem. Just needed finish 2 games earlier and my club got promoted to Elite division without me in game. I joined them when they were in Division 1. Didn’t get the trophy for reaching Elite division and didn’t get the trophy for promoting to higher league. Played many games in this club.
I hope they will fix it.
