Top of the Pyramid Trophy/Achievement not unlocked

I play from tier 5 to elite, and in the end my opponent withdraws from the last match and I don't get the trophy. This is unfair to me and to the rest of the players who worked hard to reach this stage. The cup must be open to all club members
