Transfer game save from steam to PS5

Hello everyone,  Few weeks ago I bought FC24 on steam, then yesterday my girlfriend sent me a PS5 with FC24 game disc as my birthday gift. I would like to ask it is possible for to transfer my game ...

    Hey @mingjai218,

    Unfortunately there's no way to transfer your progress from PC to PlayStation. If you want to play on PlayStation, you'll have to start from a fresh team there.

    but can i link it without the cross prongression? i mean like if i bought on pc and just got a ps5 can i link it to my ps5?
