Twitch objectives do not activate in game once claimed

Hi all, 

Essentially I found with EAHelp that there's an issue on EA's side that when I claim twitch objectives, the corresponding in game objective isn't triggering - EAhelp have said that it shows that the criteria has not been met however the attachments prove that I have met the requirements (or else i wouldn't be able to claim them in the first place).

I've not received any twitch rewards related to FC Pro live besides the objective that was for linking your account to twitch despite claiming all of them on twitch (see attachments).

Whilst the ingame objectives for the first set of FC pro live rewards have expired I hope these can be added manually and the fix implemented for the current set, where the issue has continued. Tried to upload a video but the extension isn't allowed.
