Ultimate Loyalty Edition - Early Access edition wont launch PC

Hi game wont launch, early access for PC it is past my regions access time. Play button is active but states I'm early. Tasks performed - Repaired Game - Repaired EA App - Restarted PC & Network ...

Found a work around, changed my PC date and time to 23 September, Closed EA app via task manager and then launched FC24 via desktop icon. This worked for me.
