Ultimate Team - Your credentials have expired

Hi, I have a PS4 with FIFA 24 but I'm unable to login into Ultimate Team, whenever it is loggin in it flashes white, displays a message saying something along the lines of "your log in credentials have expired", with a QR code to change the password 

After clicking X it will say "You lost your online connection. Verify the house WiFi. You cannot have access to the online resources of FC until you log back in the EA servers." Or something along those lines

I've changed the password and tried other stuff I've read here in this forums and in the "unable to have access" site that the message displays, such as checking if my account was disabled or banned (it's not the case) or checking the WiFi connection (also not the case as I am capable of playing any online game in the PS4 without issues and other stuff alike)

I am not very familiar with PS4 as I've always had only a PS3 or a laptop, so if there was something I could or should have done that can fix that, any help it's appreciated
