Do you have any estimation/prediction that we can be able to play EAFC24 without ANY problems?
Well, I'm 40 years old, this is the first time I see such long game error/problem or corruption of services. Personally, I think this is not acceptable, as you have answered also like 8-12 hours later... Which is pretty long time and no answer means, you leave your customers with theirself alone however, they are paid customers, not free ones...
Questions:
- Do you have any major incident team in your IT department?(I work in IT industry, what we had is unacceptable, at least you have to respond asap and inform your users/customers...)
You should have better, or responsive team...I'm sharing my own ideas, you should be hacked or your servers should be burned(I believe your servers are cloud so this should'nt be a topic...)
-When we can get our paid services back, I paid for the game and services of EAFC24(by buying etc...) ? This is another topic you should be strictly consider...Over thousands of users, maybe million, not sure... You were not able to provide even an information / solution since 12 hours...
-Customer Satisfaction topics, what EA will do for EAFC24 Ultimate users? I'm working person and I have limited time for my personal time and you did not fulfill my plans as you did not provide any services regarding this, at least 12 hours...
I think so many people deserves an information at least.
This seems to start a bitter taste really, and time is flowing, there is nothing for now 12 hours worse case.
This is unacceptable, and I personally would be not ok with " Thanks for your understanding" messages.
We will discuss this around in our IT community as well, unbelivable, tragic for EA sports...
