Ultimate team Connecting is not possible

i just bought FIFA24, i cant play in ulitmat mode, always kick me out from the begin giving me the massage in the attached photo (Connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible at the moment. You will now be retumed to the Main Menu.) , i Have tried every thing , delete the game and reinstall , diagnose intenet connection, restart the console , even i delete my ultimate team in the old FIFA22 tto recreat a new one in FIFA24 as some one told in the web but the issue didn't resolved.

i had doupt in my internet connection , however i live in dubai wiht the best internet ever speed is 500 mb/sec , which lead me to test ultimate team in old FIFA22 and it's work fine

so the issue is in FIFA 24 and the issue still not resolved.

Sorry to hear that you are having trouble accessing your Ultimate Team. Can you please restart your console and your router and then give it another try? 

Hey @EA_Pulsar I also have the same issue I did all the possible solutions nothing worked please help me .

If you still experience these issues, you can also change DNS settings (You can use the public Google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4) 

You may also need to change IPv6 to IPv4.
