Ultimate team not loading on switch

Hi, my son’s ultimate team crashes on the loading screen and has been for 2 weeks now. All other games modes working. I have deleted files in case corrupted. Please help

    Hi, no, nothing. The screen just stops when loading the pitch visual. The pitch side banners change still but it won’t go any further.
