Unable to claim "All the Way to the Top" rewards in The European Journey

Can you try to loose the tournament on purpose in the groups stage ?

I've heard it might solve the issue.

I don’t even get the message saying i can claim it. Just fix it and don’t let us play the tournament again. I allready did twice.

I have the same issue on PS4 Pro. It's frustrating I can't go on with the campaign.

I played every game, I saved before the final and I won the final 5 times, then I started from scratch, with another team, and had the same issue: won the final but nothing.

same with me I won 5 times it wont let me get the reward it says hat i didn‘t did the mission

Please forgive my bad English as it is not my native language.

In my case, I was able to get the reward by following the steps below:

・Change language settings from Japanese to English

・Redo the finals

My environment is PS5 so it may not be a complete answer

I've lost the in the group stage and restarted my console and still won't unlock the reward for me I have done everything that was before as well and it still won't unlock and I've already spoken to adviser and done what they suggested and it still won't unlock

I had the same issue in German but on PC!
I changed like you said ingame the text to English, restarted the Game and after the European Cup 2024 Final win it counted and was unlocked!

Very frustrated game wasn’t properly tested for many languages. Changing language to English in game setting and replaying final resolves this issue.
