Unjust EA FC Account Ban - Seeking Help and Clarification

Hello everyone,

I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to the community for assistance regarding an issue with my EA FC account. Recently, my account was banned on EA FC (Fifa) without any apparent reason. I did not receive an email explaining the ban, and there is no reason listed on the EA Help website under my account's page.

I have already submitted a case with the EA TOS team, but I have not received a response yet. I am exploring every possible avenue to reverse this ban, as I believe it is completely unjustified, hence the reason for this post. I know the main way to go about these issues is creating a case and contacting the TOS team (which I have already done); however, I wanted to tap into any potential resources you may have used that are not as evident. I want to clarify that I have not violated any terms of service: no cheating, no coin distribution, no use of third-party software, no harmful behavior...etc.

My confusion stems from the lack of communication and clarity regarding the reason for the ban. I suspect that my account may have been mistakenly flagged by the detection system and unjustly acted upon based on false pretenses. Given the amount of time and money I have invested in this account, I am determined to resolve this issue. I recently traveled away from my home (~3000 miles away) and logged into my companion app. After I refreshed the app around 30 minutes later I was presented with a page saying my account had been permanently banned. My suspicion is that EA may believe my account had been compromised and subsequently shut it down; however, if I am not given the reason for which I am banned I have no way to explain this or any potential confusion that caused this situation in the first place.

If anyone has experienced a similar situation or has advice on how to expedite the process, your input would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for taking the time to read my post and for any help you can provide.

    Chat is not available for banned accounts. You'll need to submit a dispute with Terms of Service by following the instructions in this article.

    It can take a few days to get a response from Terms of Service. Please keep an eye on your email for a response. Unfortunately, we're not able to help with accounts bans over Answers HQ.

  • Hey, I got banned on PC out of the blue while trying the ea play 10hr hour. and I had 300+ hrs and money spend on ps5 without any issue. Is there a chat where I can to somebody live. It says there is but I´m not able to find it
