Could an admin/moderator reply to this? EA support page doesn't even give me the option to chat with a representative. I've tried in FIFA 22 and no problem with my controller either, it's only in FC 24.
If this can help as a hint, I got the New Input Connected from the EA app right in the middle of the game, and the inputs seemed to be OK for a moment.
