Verification code not coming through.

So I'm trying to do the login verification and it sends me a code to verify my identity so I input the code and it works but then it says it's gonna send me another code to actually verify my apex account but it never comes through (I've tried at least 6 times) So the first verification code comes through but the next one to actually verify the account doesn't.
