Got robbed off a win as well on Rivals, was winning by a lot and the opponent paused and left at extra time when I scored the last goal. First prompt the system was saying that he left and the second one showed up saying that the game is under review and ill be returned to the UT home or something in the line. The EA App doesn't track who did that/ I was matched up against so I couldnt report.
Even in August this issue is still there, they don't care about the gameplay or other issues they only care about packs and make the players to buy it , * GAME .
