We could not activate EA SPORTS FC 24 Standard Edition on this computer

hello I have bought EA SPORTS FC 24 game on epic games store. Whenever I try to launch the game I get a error says: "We could not activate EA SPORTS FCT 24 Standard Edition on this computer using the...

@EpicGreifer I also tried deleting license folder but license folder is empty. And yes I have checked for hidden files and it is just empty
