I wanted to login into the companion app after playing the game on my PC. But everytime I try to login I get the message you see on the screenshot, I don’t know what’s wrong and I also can’t find any solution on the internet. Also if I want to login on my XBOX-Account it worked, i could use the companion app just like I wanted. But if I switch to the pc-account I get the notification.
Do you already have a solution? Im having the same problem
Yeah the problem was, that I only played the trial version of EAFC 24, after I got the game through ea play pro I could also login into the companion/web app.
