webapp doesn't work

When I try to lunch webapp on FC24 said me that I'm not linked with my account, but when I checked on ea what accounts are linked i saw I was linked with my Xbox. How can I solve it?

Did you create a club on FIFA 23 before August 1st?

Hi there, @BenjaDRG

It's possible you're logging in with the wrong account. Did you play Ultimate Team on FIFA 23? If so, are you logging in with the same email you see at Customize > Online Settings > EA Account?

Hi, I am currently trying to get onto the web app however it is coming up with the getting started message despite my account being linked to my PlayStation which I preordered the ultimate edition on and I have also played previous FIFA's on this account. I was just wondering if there was any fix to this.

@EA_Aljo Yes! I played FIFA 23 and it s the same email.

@EA_Aljo we need a fix for this. iI bought ultimate edition on ea app pc

  The only reason we've seen this happen is due to logging in to the wrong account. Take a look at my previous message in this thread if you played FIFA 23.

    @EA_Aljo I dont know what to do. I search on fifa 23 the email and it s ok. My Xbox it s linked with EA. and nothing works.
