Community ManagerHave you registered the trial version of the game from EA Play subscription on your account in the past? If yes, please delete the trial folder from Documents.

there are no trail documents there only normal version but i've tried deleting that too, also reinstalled the game.
i've tried to contact the live chat, they didnt know what the problem was and just said it will fix it self somthing it wont.
