This error could mean that you don't have the full EA SPORTS FC™ 24 game registered on the account you are logging with.
Is there a chance that you had access to the game only through the 10h trial that comes with the EA Play subscription?
yes i am in 10h trial with ea play but i didnt own fifa 23 either and i still opened everyday preview pack 🙂)) shouldnt be that because as i repeat i didnt own fifa 23!!
