Weekly and biweekly objectives not reset

Product: EA SPORTS FC 24
Platform:Xbox Series S

Which part of the mode? Rivals
Can you tell us the date (MM/DD/YYYY) that you saw the bug? 29/09/2023
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 18:00
What is your time zone? GMT (UTC)
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? My objectives haven’t reset, still all the ones completed from last week instead of new ones added. The time has reset, 6 days for weekly and 13 for biweekly but all objectives are old and completed so can’t get xp this week??
What happens when the bug occurs? .
What should be happening instead?

    Hey all,

    To refresh your repeatable group objectives, you have to complete the whole group first.

    Once you have completed them and claimed all rewards, the group will refresh, and you will be able to complete the objectives again.

    Yes group rewards collected, I think I collected after the new weeks started if that’s relevant, as I’d only done 2 of the 3 daily objectives

    Yes, i have collected all the group rewards. The timer got a reset on Friday but the objectives did not.

    Same issue as this exactly, i believe we had similar issue last year during fifa 23, this glitch is also happening to many of my friends

    Are Ea support going to help reset weekly objectives? Mine never reset and it is going to be impossible to complete the season  pass without them

    For real, happened to me and many others last week. Hope they give us the xp we’ve missed out on since we’re behind in the season now.
