Were is the data store? Whats Hospitality Settings?

And why can I not get a refund for a game that doesn't work the same for both players in the same match?

My delay only happens the minute I sign into EA servers. I can play an offline career mode pause the game insert the ethernet lead and there will be some slight delay, which is 10x worst online and even worst on Ultimate team as its a faster mode of gameplay. 

Now I have to walk with the ball with my 90+ pace players because if I sprint " Sorry mean slowly jog" I will run into my opponents.  And everytime I receive the ball if I haven't already pressed pass before I receive the ball my opponents will just take it off me.

Every defender I play against lock onto my players like an octopus while my defenders run past my opponents because there's no lock on.

Can't win a header because there's delay in the jump, AI can't automatically intercept because the balls already past them.

Every match. Apart from the early release.  And about 15 days since then, I try nearly every day. How longs the game been out?

Why? I've read every comment about this problem on Fifa/EAFC and NHL and everyone seems to have a great connection ISP .

Done every test and the connection is perfect, seems its too stable to play EA games. We need to go back to dial up Internet as EA have decided not to upgrade since then.
