This can occur when submitting a lot of SBCs over a short amount of time. Try logging out of Ultimate Team and then loading back into it to prevent any sync issues. If that doesn't help, you'll just have to wait it out.
Can you explain why this happens at this time of the year EVERY year? Y'all put these promos up for previous cards to draw people in to next year's game and your servers are still from the 1960s so they start crashing and nothing works right is the only way that I can see this... The sbcs start not working between 10:30 and 11:00 Central standard Time in the US and the reset isn't until noon Central standard Time in the US... I noticed it starting this year as soon as the mess up with that 99 icon happen last week. So I guess my main question here is why is EA screwing up its own game is it to make sure that nobody gets good cards and that we have to go spend thousands of dollars in your store to get that card or what because 12 years of this game I have never received a 99 card out of a pack unless it was candy last year and by candy I mean the lewandowski and the Allison and the donorama that y'all kept giving away like candy... And by the way the reply that you gave to dude up top is garbage because it's not us it is your servers that are glitching out and blaming it on us is absolutely uncalled for. Every time I try logging back in after I get kicked out from trying to complete an SBC I get the same message from the FC team welcome to footie's week 5. Can you explain to me how my network is glitching out and making that announcement keep popping up every time when it's your servers that do all this.
Community ManagerIf you completed a lot of SBCs in a short amount of time, this happens. As I mentioned, it'll expire within 24 hours. You just need to slow down with how many SBCs you're completing to avoid it from occurring.
Seriously quit feeding people that junk man. I've been on this game for 14 months straight and all I do is sbcs and this only happens if this time of the year and right around the team of the Year season launch I believe there will be issues like you guys switch servers or something and one server sucks and the other server is good I don't exactly know what you're doing but you're not going to run that game by me that I can get an SBC bann because no you can't that's all I do all day long is sbc's. Unless you guys put an SBC bann on at this time of the year for some reason that kicks in an hour before the refresh and last an hour to two hours after the refresh.... Can you give me a real answer or does anybody at EA have one of those? You're cheap answers might work on others but they're not going to work on somebody who is on this game as much as I am sorry buddy.
I guess there is no real answer other than the one that you have already given... And if that is true then how much more communistic can this game get in ultimate team? I mean you control everything anyway. You tell us exactly what we can do, when we can do it, how much of it we can do, how much of anything that we can earn and so on. Now you're going to tell us that you put up an unlimited SBC and yet you are in the shadows limiting us on stuff that we can do in your game. I'd like to know why because our personal lives have nothing to do with you guys so why would you be budding in by trying to save us from spending too much time on the game? Is it because people don't spend enough in your store and we need to open more packs that's what it is rather than doing sbcs to earn the packs without spending real money? I've noticed how your store has increased to have like 30 or 40 packs in it now when it used to only have three to five back in the old days and we used to get real rewards as well... But I have a feeling that the original reason I am here today asking the question what is wrong... Well I've already got my answer and that is EA wants to control every aspect of this game and that is pure *! You don't care about your players you just want our freaking money!!! Why don't you try spending some of that billions of dollars you got on updating your servers and catering to your players instead of treating us like 5-year-olds.
