Numerous posts about this widespread issue by many players in different forums such as Steam, Reddit and EA forums yet not investigated by EA Trello Tracker.
Whether in match or on the menus, Controller and Keyboard\Mouse is causing input conflicts which make the game unresponsive to inputs. You’re forced to restart game but then it happens again load up the game. Our inputs are frozen and we literally can’t play.
Please help EA.

Thousands of players in EAFC24 Reddit, Steam and EA forums have been having controller and keyboard\mouse issues since launch. Ingame and in the menus, the controls to navigate the menu becomes frozen and unresponsive. It also becomes unresponsive during gameplay. This happens constantly and it is game breaking. We paid premium price for this game and we deserve support if the controls are not working. There seems to be a conflicting bug with mouse and controller and keyboard when navigating the menu,

Still after Title update 3, menu is unresponsive in the squad tactics ultimate team menu. Please fix it EA!
