Winter Wildcards Crafting upgrade missing from Objectives

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? The Winter Wildcards Crafting Upgrade SBC was visible as an SBC which I have completed (I completed 150 times). It shows as completed. However the Winter Wildcards Crafting Upgrade does not appear in the Objectives and therefore I cannot claim my rewards.
What happens when the bug occurs? The Winter Wildcards Crafting Upgrade does not appear in the Objectives. Therefore I cannot claim my rewards for completing the Winter Wildcards Crafting Upgrade SBC.
What should be happening instead? I should be able to see the Winter Wildcards Crafting Upgrade in Objectives so that I can claim my rewards.

Winter Wildcards Crafting Upgrade SBC was visible as an SBC which I have completed (I completed 150 times).  However the Winter Wildcards Crafting Upgrade does not appear in the Objectives. Therefore I cannot claim my rewards for completing this SBC.

    @TAAAAAAAKI Yea the same thing haven’t to me. I tried looking on companion app, web app, and console. I completed it approximately 2 hours before it expired. And also never saw an auto claim for completed expired objectives.

    @ajdatboi definitely an error from EA, especially as the SBC was live while being missing from objectives at the same time.

    I'm sure we'll get compensated at some point, but as usual EA are way too slow to respond / fix.

    They forgot about us , they make me do 150 pack ! Than nothing , * man

    I was on ultimate team on Friday at 11:00 GMT on my PlayStation pro and I finally completed to winter wildcards crafting 150 upgrade in the SBC mode 8 hours before it would have ended and when I finished the last upgrade I did not receive my 83+*10 as well as my 83+*20 and I really wanted those packs for team of the year. It’s Sunday evening at 22:00 and I still have not been compensated with my packs.

    please help, anyone from EA!!!

    Well this is taking longer than I thought..  Still haven't received my packs!
