WL 1 loss counted as 2 losses

• Date and Time (TimeZone): Amsterdam, 12-04-2024 in the afternoon. (not sure what time, I believe around 1600)
• Result of the game: Win
• Error with counter: (example: 1W - 2L instead of 1W - 3L) 2 wins that resulted in an extra loss. Should be 4-1, is now 4-4. Also an extra loss because of a disconnect before the game started.
• Are you still able to play the remaining matches? Yes, but not if it keeps adding losses..

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When I was about to play my 20th Weekend League match, my opponent left the game after being 3-0 down. I got disconnected but still lost the match. When I returned to the menu, it showed: remaining matches -1. So, I can't claim my rewards at the moment.
What happens when the bug occurs? I'm unable to play matches and open packs anymore.
What should be happening instead?

Hello, what reason am I being thrown out of WL after my opponent paused it? I won the 13th match with a score of 3-6, the opponent pauses and throws me out and counts it as a DEFEAT why? And in the 15th match, the opponent paused the match at the beginning adn I was thrown out for on reason? How do you deal with such players? Give me back my matches. Or count me victories for these matches.
