Wrong Division Rivals rewards

Happened the same to me yesterday, Division 1.
Do you got it solved?? Did they sent you the correct rewards??

so last thursday i received the wrong rival rewards i got the weekly rewards instead of the upgraded rewards i contacted ea help and i was told you wait until the reward process had finished i the contracted back 24 hours later and i was told the same thing another 24 hours after that i contacted back and they said it would be investigated and i would hear back from them that brings me to today a week later no rewards still , so i contact back and i am basically told that i need to bring this up on the forums for a dev to sort out i mean this is outrageous from a company.
