Wrong pack content vs pack description CZ language 85K pack

What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 20:15 CET
What is your time zone? EET (ART) - GMT + 2:00
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Im sending screenshots of the issue.

Couple days ago 85k pack appeared in store. The description was saying "80gold rare players pack" + some loans etc. I have bought the pack just for the huge amount of player cards (to be able to complete some sbcs.) However after the purchase I received 16 players. I wouldnt buy that pack, while knowing this. I play on PS4 and my language settings is Czech. Im also sending the screenshot of the pack with the description in the attachment.

    Hello, I bought the 85k/1000 points pack from store. I am from Czech Republic, the description says it contains 80 rare gold players, but there were just 16. Please compensate, I spent money on this.

    Hello, there is a mistake in a store for EAFC 24 - there was a pack that stated it has 80 players inside the pack and also 2x86+ but when I opened it - it was only 16 players. It was today October 6th - around 10PM CEST. It was stated in my language -> Czech

    Hello, yesterday I opened the new RTTK 85k pack and it said that I’m supposed to get 2 x 86+ guaranteed and 30 rare gold players. Can you please check it out.

    Same, but my pack said it has 80 gold rare players.

    Hi, yesterday I bought the 85k/1000 points pack from store.     Set up my squad to comply with squad requirements to achieve the objectives in this group.

    2 matches played, some goals and assists made by NWSL players but when I checked objectives none had been recorded,.

    Why? Because you'd changed requirements to have Barclays WSL players.

    Changed my squad to meet those requirements and played 4 matches, scored some goals and made some assists. All these recorded correctly.

    Played 3 rivals matches today, "completed" the number of goals and assists required but these weren't recorded!

    Why? Because the requirements were changed back to NWSL players.

    It's bad enough the online matches have inconsistent connections/speed of players without then wasting players contracts because you've "moved the goalposts"

    I humbly submit that you employ me to perform Quality Checking on all new objectives added to Ultimate Teams because you clearly aren't!!!
