Wrong Rewards FUT Champions Weekend League

Hi, 

I opened one ultimate pack and one rare players pack on Friday 27 October after finishing Weekend League and got gold Ferland Mendy tradeable when he was out of packs instead of his FUT Centurions Card which is in promo. Already speaked to EA Help and they told me to write it here to get compensation.
