Hey, i am trying to play PlayStation tournaments on UT but it always says something went wrong. How can i solve it

Hello, I just got EA FC 24 and saw there were Playstation Tournaments. Figured I'd give them a try, as the prizes and stuff felt enticing. But whenever I try to enter them, the PS5 tab for it opens up with "Can't load / Something went wrong" with a pop-up error accompanying it featuring the error code WS-115665-4 which I cannot find any information about.
I am looking for any kind of info, or what I can do to solve the issue. I can play every other aspect of the game fine, be it Ultimate Team or Seasons or whatever. It is only PS Tournaments giving me this problem.

I find it absolutely unacceptable that a part of the game, that features prizes and rewards, is completely sealed off via an error code... An explicit error code that nobody seems to know anything about.
i have the same error message now...
biggest gripe i have is that i signed out of my psn account and signed into my partners on same ps5 and she has tournments listed...
surely this isnt a hard fix?
i dont want to restart my FUT... i've progressed too far and i've gotten good cards - id like to do tournemnts to win some fc coins...
