No nothing else is in the console. Both controllers are official Xbox controllers.
Community ManagerDo you have only one controller connected at once? Do the controllers stay powered on or are they turning off? Also, have you tried playing with them plugged in and wireless?
I have my normal Xbox controller and the adapted controller connected at the same time but only them. Yeah they both stay turned on. Both controllers are wireless. I don’t understand why it’s just they game modes it happens on that’s what I’m finding confusing and why it’s all of a sudden happening when I’ve never had an issue before.
Community ManagerAre you trying to use both of them at the same time? If not, can you make sure only one is connected and powered on and see if that works?
Yeah I need to play them at the same time otherwise I can’t play games due to my disability.
