I have an adapted controller connected to my Xbox controller so I can play games. It works perfectly until I try to play an online match on rivals or champs where both controllers just stop working. I have updated both controllers, deleted the game and reinstalled it but nothing works. Anyone had the same problem or got suggestions on how to fix it?

Community ManagerCan you try factory resetting your console? This can be done without deleting any games/apps so you won't have to reinstall again.
I went on earlier today and it was working. If it happens again I will factory reset my console. Is it okay to reply to you if the issue happens again?

Hi guys, i have the same problem since the game came out. Usually its a thing that goes away if i restart the game so i didnt care. But today i couldnt play it, i tried different controllers, restarted the game multiple times and even the Xbox. I dont know what to do, every other mode or game works just fine and the controllers are also updated...
