Xbox One S Rivals Freeze

Good day

I have recently purchased FC 24 via microsoft store. The game has performed perfectly during trial, but since purchasing and installing the update, playing online has been a pain. The game just loads forever, while the music just keeps breaking and ends up freezing my entire console.

I have tried switching off crossplay which works when it feels like but still freezes up after one solid game.

What I have also noticed is that the game feels really demanding, there is quite a delay while playing and scrolling through menus.

I have lost a number of loans due to the game freezing and being unable to play, can you please provide solutions to rectify this issue.
