Your latest sync was interrupted Fc24 help me!!!

hello pls help me i have been spending 2 days try to solve this and write to ea but they dont answer my game crash every time after the anti cheet has load and it says before i start that "your latets sync was interrupted" i have done every thing i have reinstall both fc24 and ea app i have been in the files and "start with administrator" and reinstall anticheet. and try if it was the anti varus and the drives on my grafic card i dont knów what to do more help mee pls!!!
