More than 2 weeks have passed since I opened the Supreme Icebreaker Pack and I have still not received my TOTY cards as advertised.The pack showed odds of a TOTY card at 7%, it didn't state odds for RTTF items or IF cards.I purchased points for this pack for the sole purpose of getting a blue and to my delight, I packed cards like Hernandez, Popp and Bright, but they should have been Blue, not Gold.Now around 20 minutes after this pack went live at 9pm UK time, the pack was made unavailable to purchase and subsequently taken down.There was an error with the odds screen showing the incorrect promo and advertising falsely that you could obtain TOTY cards.Despite Live Support telling me 4 times that I'll be given the correct TOTY cards in the coming days, I am still left waiting after 2 weeks.Resolve this issue immediately as it was literally False Advertisment.

Hi @ERK1994, as you can see from your attachment, the info was taken at 5:59 PM (UTC), so when the TOTY Campaign was still active. The content will differ if you open that pack at 6 PM (UTC) or later. The pack description is correct since you could find a TOTY or ICON TOTY until 5:59 PM; we have an in-game tab where we always display which and for how long special cards are available, and we also made a post to clear it; here you can find the LINK to the TOTY Campaign cards availability.

Many years ago I bought an ALL RARE pack, and one of the items was not rare. I complained, and EA made me jump through hoops and constantly shifted me from one account manager to another, all of which repeating the same things such as

We apologise for you not getting anything good please try again
But I bought an ALL RARE pack and the items were not ALL RARE
Oh, that's a shame, I can't deal with that let me pass you onto something else

Eventually someone at EA just told me to "f off and stop bothering them over a two dollar pack" and closed the case.

So naturally I reopened one and just copy and pasted everything again, more out of spite than anything.

Six months down the line (after more abuse from EA) one chap just said "look, will you leave us alone if we give you compensation" and did so.

I then opened a new case with all the abuse I'd received from EA employees but they instantly shut that down and accused me of "photoshopping" pictures from their own server and then deleted all my complaint history.

Unfortunately this was before twitter so I eventually moved on.

I now expect this post to be deleted by one of the moderators because we can't have unhappy customers now, can we?

Yeah it's kind of hilarious how you see responses to other issues but this one they just stay quiet on in the hopes we forget.
Luckily I've saved all the conversations and proof of their mistakes.
I'll keep updating this post and others until we receive the correct items.

( 13m 20s ) Pa thy: I can see that this issue occurred on 3rd February and the promotion was over at 2nd Feb'2024 5:59 GMT and you have opened the pack the promotion ended and that's the reason you have received the gold version and for this there is no compensation and it is already resolved

( 20m 49s ) Pa thy: Yes, there is no way to resolve this issue and you have opened the pack after the promotion is ended

( 38m 24s ) Pa thy: All the players who opened the pack after the given time frame received the gold version of the player

( 39m 3s ) Pa thy: And this is the resolution that for this there is no compensation as it is decided by In-game team from our end there is no option to add manually.

In the meantime for example ea added in packs for You packs with players that are no longer in promo.
First year spending money on this game And for sure the last.

Maybe If i write help how can buy FC points they will response

It's actually funny how they keep ignoring this issue.
They act like the false advertising of the TOTY cards were the only issue.
They didn't advertise the RTTF odds which by loot box laws, is a legal requirement.
Like you know you made a mistake because you took the pack down yet you're still hoping it goes away.

So, it doesn't matter what's written there in big bold letters; what matters is what's written down below, where you can barely see. You had to zoom in on the picture for it to be visible. Next time I open a pack, I'll call a lawyer to make sure I receive what's written in the pack. Oh, but wait, there won't be a next time. Thank you.
