250k pack said I could get 2 icons or heroes garanteed, but I got none

I opened a pack from the store that was 250k. It said i should get 2 Icons or Heroes garanteed from the Fantasy, Birthday or Future Stars promos. Instead, I ended up getting Starkte (Fantasy) and David (Birthday). No icons, nor heroes.

I think it must be a language error, because I have the game in spanish, but it would help a lot if I could be compensated. If the pack description was correct, I wouldn't have bought the pack.
