3 Weeks later and player still stuck in won items in Transfer Targets

3 weeks of constant emails sent to EA Customer Service. EA advisors keep replying with very limited responses and with no resolution at all. 88 overall player item stuck in transfer targets which I have won over 3 weeks ago. Also said they were sorry but unable to grant any compensation. Ridiculous.

EA advisors advised me to highlight the issue here in the hopes the issue will be resolved....
