Perma banned for using Paletools only for SBCs

I’ve been perma banned but I think it might be a mistake because I’ve only used the SBC function and not the Sniping Bot

Can anyone help me see if I can appeal my ban or not?

Hey everyone,

we've seen some questions related to third-party softwares/plugins that can perform tasks in the Web App, and we want to clarify that.

This is covered by Section 4 of the FC Rules:

4. Don't use auto-buyers

If you use any sort of in-game bots, automation, or tools like auto-buyers, that breaks the rules. Making transactions outside of the game, the Web or Companion App, or playing in any unauthorized way that gives you an unfair advantage, negatively impacts the experience of other players.

@I1lll1 You can contact ea support and appeal the ban. As far as what you are using I have no idea if that’s allowed or not. Suppose you will find out if you win the appeal or not.

I can't even imagine how many people were banned for this harmless prank. I hope they will reconsider the decision and return the opportunity to enjoy the game

do you know if you did the own goals if you get perma banned or is it just a week because my companion app says permanent but people have being getting emails saying its just a week?

Is using paletools bannable? I have seen many suggest it and i have been thinking about it but can i get permanently banned if i only were to use the sbc feature?

@ipsude I’ve seen others one here say they got banned because of it. I dunno if they ever won their appeal on it.

Everybody says that using sniping feature is bannable only do you think its worth downloading if i only used the sbc feature?

There will always be some risk, but those who are getting banned are the ones abusing the transfer market features. If you try to activate a risky feature with PaleTools, it will notify you. I've been using PaleTools for both '23 and '24 and haven't been banned once.
