75000 Coins missing from Account! Refund on Paid Evolutions?
I am an experienced user of Ultimate Team, therefore spare me any responses pointing the finger at me. On 14th December, I turned on my console from rest mode and loaded up Ultimate Team. I played a few matches and noticed a huge chunk of my coins missing. At first, I thought my opponent was a hacker and took my coins! (that was obviously not the case). I contacted EA who were very helpful and quick to identify on the 13th December, a transaction of 75,000 coins was made on a Lukaku Evolutions card! I DID NOT purchase this card and EA stated no unusual activity was found on my account. So where do I stand? I live alone therefore it could not have been another person in the house. I know this would have been a very different matter if the transaction was made on the Transfer Market for a player or on the Store for a pack. Do users get a refund if they don't even start a PAID Evolutions card?! I DID NOT purchase this card and I have ZERO interest in completing this Evolution. I'm not even a fan of Inter Milan! (Forza Napoli)
