88+ Encore Icon Player Pick

SBC description is "Earn 1 of 3 Winter Wildcards/TOTY/Future Stars or Ultimate Birthday Icons rated 88 OVR or higher"
Opened one last week which gave me an 88 rated BASE Icon Ferdinand - took this as the other choice were quite average for the SBC price.
Received compensation today which was another Icon Pick which gave WW Laudrup, WW Riquelme, or UB Klose - a disappointing pick.
Is there any potential way I could receive a TOTY Icon Ferdinand as this version SHOULD have been in the icon pick instead of his BASE?

All affected players have now received the correct pick from the 88+ Encore Icon SBC.
@xxHwalkerHxx It's a new player pick, so, unfortunately, it was not guaranteed you would have received Rio Ferdinand in his special version.
