90+ TOTS Pack Not Available After doing the SBC

I did the SBC for the 90+ Weekly TOTS Pack, both squads submitted, go to open the Pack and then it says the Pack is unavailable. What is wrong with this game? now I don't get any Pack and the players...

    Hello, everyone. There is an issue with the animation that is causing the error. However, the items are still received. Please check your unassigned pile to find them.

Hi there

I completed the ea fc 24 abc to gain a guaranteed 90+ TOTS player. This required two squads, one I causing a totw player and 86 overall. The other 85 overall. I completed these,opened the ind8v8d7al bas8c packs with no issues. However, once it came to opening the guaranteed 90+ tots pack it came up with a message saying this pack is no longer available, reloading store. Please rect9fy this/compensate those of us who had this happen. I immediately went back to the store abd the second was indeed no longer there, bur shouldn't matter as I'd alreasy completed it before the 6pm update abd the pack was clvisible in my store section to open. So it shouldn't have mattered when I physically opened it.
