Other people have been suffering from the same problem since September and until now this problem has not been solved. I tried to contact the company (EA) in every way, but to no avail and there is no solution. Their response is always (We noticed that there are many players who suffer from the same problem like you and that the problem has reached the developers. They will solve it as soon as possible) Unfortunately, I have a lot of FIFA points and a lot of packages, but I cannot access the store because of this software error. It is unbelievable what is happening You do not care about the players at all. The problem has been going on for a long time and your excuses are unacceptable. I have raised this issue and have been told whilst a fix is being worked on, it is possible for the Evolution player item to be removed from the unassigned item if the Evolution expires.
