I have raised this issue and have been told whilst a fix is being worked on, it is possible for the Evolution player item to be removed from the unassigned item if the Evolution expires.
@SumFiiin Don't think you're looking at this thread anymore, but, what are the chances you could get a dev to look at our cases on a one-by-one basis? There are only about 5 guys here actively looking to get help on the issue, we're getting heavily impacted gameplay-wise as two big parts of the game are now locked due to a bug, restarting the evo we have stuck or removing the player from our unassigned piles should be doable by the team.
I have also had this issue with no help whatsoever.
If I have to wait until the end of TOTY then i'm sorry but we deserve compensation. There is no way we should miss the best part of the year due to an issue that isn't my fault.
Instead of opening my packs and enjoying the content, I am staring at a low rated eddie nketiah constantly.

It's so unfair. Can't just ban people for expressing discontent to an issue that's their fault. Even if they are just honest, but they palm us off
@KJArtem @I’ve been stuck with it for 2 weeks and the only way to fix it is if the evolution expires… which mine does exactly when Toty is gone from packs
