Adaptive Trigger on startup even when it is off

I've been having this issue in this game and the previous one. Almost every time I load up the game for the first time after turning on my PS5, I have adaptive trigger resistance from the get-go. Two main points of confusion here:

1. The adaptive trigger mechanic, even if it is on, should only really be applied when my players are tired. This cannot be the case if the game is just beginning. 

2. When I pause and go into settings to change it, it shows as already being off.

This is honestly such an embarrassing little flaw that really screws up my start of the game. At the beginning of the game, I have two options: either give up possession and kick the ball out so I can simply click on game settings and come back, or I have to endure ill-applied trigger resistance (which makes attacking and defending harder for no good reason) until the ball goes out on its own accord. Additionally, I am forced to use a pause right from the beginning just because you cannot or will not fix this extremely simple bug that has persisted for two game cycles now.

Setting aside why any of you thought this "adaptive trigger" idea was good at all, I've seen this complaint raised on the FIFA 23 forums and unsurprisingly not a single admin responded to the problem. And I've played this game enough to know that when there is a blatantly buggy mechanic that you cannot owe to user error but only to the poor design of your game, your admins suddenly go silent. In issues like these, it seems people at EA can't level the same excuses like " your internet connection might be unstable" and shirk responsibility for their poor design, so they opt to not say a word and act like the issue doesn't exist. 

For the love of god, in the next game just take out the adaptive trigger mechanic. I don't know who the devs talked to to get this built into the game, but I can assure you that no serious or casual player actually values that mechanic. Honestly, it probably adds unnecessary computational strain for a mechanic that no one has asked for, thereby making your game slower and more buggy. Just fix it already.

Oh also, your game freezes and crashes at least 2-3 times every session. Such poor optimization, I'd be surprised if any of your devs have real degrees.
