Adopo evolution EAFC 24-fast forward(only claimed level 3 - taken from account)

had my 86 version of adopo (unclaimed level 4 fast forward) taken away from my "my evolutions" tab upon beginning toty unsung hero

I had completed the whole of the fast forward evolution and only claimed the third level (making him 79 rated) - leaving the final level which turned the card radioactive to be claimed once completing the toty unsung hero - making him 98 rated, however upon starting the toty evolution the 86 version of the card has vanished, meaning my money and content have been taken from me for no gain, im disgusted as this issue hasn't seemed to have occurred for others and would prefer it If I was given my rightfully deserved content back. I ask you to check my account to prove my claims legitimacy, I want the card I deserve and have crafted and paid for- as other have done.

I just want my evolution (level 4 fast forward) to be available in my 'my evolutions' tab - to allow me to get the 98 rated card which I have paid for and followed the path for as so many others have done with no problem.
