Looking on here and on social media, I know there are many people that have had the same issue as me.Since Thursday (2nd Nov) I have been banned from the transfer market. I had no email in the space of 2 days so raised a case on Saturday (4th Nov). I've still had nothing back. This is clearly not an isolated incident and from what I can understand, it relates to buying/selling cards eligible for the new evolutions function. It seems as though players are been auto banned for buying/selling at above market average for certain players but the issue is, with evolutions, certain players prices are fluctuating a lot. I'm assuming the auto ban tool is trying to catch people selling coins by buying/selling at high prices but the logic of this tool will need looking at now that EA have added evolutions. It totally disrupts the market and is causing bans for many players for doing nothing wrong.Please escalate this internally as there is no easy way for us (the customers) to do this.I think EA needs to put a statement out saying that this issue will be looked at en masse instead of asking individual players to raise cases. All bans should be lifted until this issue is sorted. People have spent close to £100 on the game and the ultimate team cycle lasts less than a year. Compensation should also be in order for those affected.PLEASE PLEASE pass this on internally as it is too broad an issue for us to get fixes for individually. Over the next few months I'd expect many more people to be banned should this not get resolved now.

Received the email from EA this morning saying their investigation has been done and the right decision was made and that I was selling coins. This is ridiculous. I'm not a trader and have not even had 1 million coins since launch. I simply took a gamble based on rumours of a cam evo. Bought 8 non rare golds for between 4 and 7k in case they met the criteria and went up in price. If EA don't want people to make profit on the market, why do they allow mass traders to build up millions and post videos giving trading advice. I would possibly have made 10k profit maximum. I have played ut since 17 and never sold a coin or broke any rules. Feel totally let down by EA given the loyalty shown and hours I've spent playing the game.

Without being rude to you directly. That is such a poor answer. Let me explain why.I open a FIFA pack, because I want to make coins or get lucky and pack a promo player to use. I open the pack and I get a Gvardiol, I check his transfer price, he's going for 10,000 coins due to EA releasing an evolution slot that he fits in. I sell him for 10,000 coins. Next thing I'm banned because EA automatically detects me as potentially coin transferring (for selling a card for way more than it's worth).This is why people are mad, EA are releasing a game mode that is causing cards to spike, and then banning people for buying and selling them!Also, the fact your blaming Players for acting on leaks when the leaks are coming from within EA HQ is humiliating. Have some decorum. I'd say trading, making coins is a huge part of this game and has been for ten years, it's no different to stocks and shares and buying and selling. A lot of people play the game solely as they enjoy that side of it. And EAFC know this and enable this. It's obvious when someone is coin selling/transferring. I've seen it hundreds of time where people are paying 300k more for cards than they are worth.

Same situation: I've been banned since November 2nd, and I have already opened several requests for them to review my case. The first time they replied, they said that the ban was justified. I was trading Elliot that day. The price was 6,000, which was above the normal price of 500.

Got a response back from my 2nd case on Friday. Same automated answer as the first one. I'll leave it there for now as I've seen in other posts, plenty of people will still be raising cases and some are even opening up legal proceedings so I imagine EA will soon get jolted into action. How can the company justify making this edition the most expensive ever? They are saving millions by dropping the fifa partnership and said that the savings would be reinvested into improving the game. The management of this issue is dreadful for a company as big as EA.Many hundreds of players have paid top dollar for a 12 month game and are now unable to complete a lot of the challenges because they can't buy players. There definitely needs to be significant compensation given out once all this is sorted. Some of the tradable players I have are now worth less than half of what I paid. I've been unable to sell so will make further losses whenever I get access to the market again...

@mush182 I would totally avoid buying and or selling these maxed price players until we know for sure that the system in place has been revised. I'll be honest in saying, I don't see many of these Evos as worth doing, and a lot of times there are close seconds or thirds that aren't maxed price that you could do.

@tekkers4days Marquee Matchups you have something to go by and is based on real fixtures, whereas Evos are not. The only way you would know what Evos are coming out would be due to leaks. Especially with how EA has been restricting Evos with stat caps, it makes it easier to see who is operating based on leaks.

Mate leaks are everywhere! Marquee matchups also gets leaked! Open any social media leaks are there,in discords leaks are there,YouTube leaks are there! Dont be a fool

I had contact with live chat for the 12 time!
Was thinking, well some players had their coins back... Maybe it works this time?

It kept saying i have a problem with a ban! Im not even banned, are we even talking to humans or just bots?

Then he said:
We have done everything we can, unfortunately the TOS team have judged your case 3 times and have declined it.
After 3 times the TOS team has removed the rights for us to do something about your case.

So.... Your telling me there is nothing to be done about this situation?

@tekkers4days Just because they're there doesn't make it right. EA is not leaking their own stuff, it is the data miners and it has been a problem for awhile now. EA are finally taking action and people are becoming upset. But, if that's what it takes for them to stop data mining, then I'm all for it.

What a melt! So people should get banned for making investments,now for example when I open packs and I see a little sancho,a semedo,or any player who looks good with a potential ego,I pack say 6 of these in over a 100 packs so I put them in the trade pile waiting for a day an evo comes because you know that’s a EA feature……”trade pile” you know that’s the whole point of it to trade and save cards for a time they may rise,that’s wrong is it? Ea’s bannng system is an absolute joke and your defending it?

I think you need a new job mate. Five of us have had cases declined. All you do is open a new one until you speak to someone who understands what your asking. Five of us have now been unbanned.
Also, as for your explanation on not letting people trade based on ideas/plans/gut feeling is absolutely ridiculous.
Data mining is a lie. It was released two years ago an EA employee was taking money to place icons in people's teams haha.

I didn’t break any roles i just bought player more expensive than it was because i didn’t know the real price of this player
It’s not enough evidence to make sure that i got profit from this game to ban me from transfer market

Shows everything thats wrong at the moment!

Ea not caring for the average game consumer. WHo have been in this situation for nearly a month.

A youtuber, who probably even promotos a shady coin website, gets help right away.
EA only cares for money money money money.
When will they reach out to us and actually provide help for the players that deserve it?

I have allready received 2 bans on this forum, but what do you expect when you get 0 help?
