Banned on Web App and Companion
I have been banned on web app and companion app. It says you are blocked from using transfer market on these but can still use in game Says refer to email but no email. Any ideas how long will they...

They typically send an email notification to the email address associated with your EA account when a sanction is implemented. However, it's possible that this email may have been filtered by your spam or junk folder.
