Birthday granted icon player

I Bought two birthday granted icon birthday pack and I didn’t get any player and i reported the issue to the EAHelp they said will fix it 

after more than a week they said its already resolved but I didn’t receive both birthday icon players yet and also Ea help said i have to reported it here please assist to get it As soon As possible
