Bought 83x100, Yet Received an Half-Time Elite Pack!!! Still no Compensation!
I was opening packs on my Mobile Fc 24 App (March 12). I was in the GLOBAL LIMITs section and purchased an 83x100 pack with my very last coins to get fodder. As you can imagine, I was expecting 100 players, yet I only received 30 somehow. I was shocked to hear that the customer rep told me that I had opened a Half-Time Elite Pack. However, this was not the case. I bought the 83x100, and the mobile app gave me Half-Time Elite instead... The two packs are even under different store sections. 83x100 sold under Global Limits, and the Half-Time Elite pack is sold under the Promo section. So, I could not make a mistake here. After talking with the support, I double checked my store and realized that the Half-Time Elite packs was still avaliable with the limit of 1 in my store. So, this has proved my point that I bought the 83x100 but game opened Half-Time Elite instead... Attached, you can find the screenshot of the available Half-Time Elite pack for the time right after my 83x100 purchase as proof of this bug.
I have been asking for a compensation for almost a month but nothing happened to fix my problem yet. This solely shows how poor is customer support to address players issues. I regret that I have spent this much time on this broken, scripted game.
I am still waiting for my compensation, but there is no more hope left. I quit everything that's EA!
