@obexux When you purchase any x100 pack you only get 30 players, on console, which you must assign to your club then the rest of the players from the pack become available.
If an EA advisor has looked into your account and checked the purchase to confirm which pack it was and there are no reports of other users experiencing a similar bug/glitch/issue then I doubt there will be an investigation into fixing such an error as the most likely possibility would be the wrong pack was purchased.
