I’m having a similar problem, I can’t connect to ultimate team on the console or the web companion app or website.
Our modem was reset yesterday but I couldn’t connect before this either
On the web app it was I said I was logged in somewhere else but I’m not.
It’s quite dissapointing ans I only just bought the game. All I want to do is play team but I have to jump through lots of hoops to do so…
btw I can connect to the ea servers in other modes just not ultimate team.
how to fix the problem of connection to ultimate team is not possible ??!
I can’t get in to ultimate team or companion app. Tried everything man what is going on with it? Spent a lot of time and money on this game and it ain’t working. Ain’t the first time either dude

every time I log in to ultimate team I get to the game screen and this message pops up
"Your connection has been lost. Check your home network. You will not be able to access fc's online features until you connect to EA servers again. For more information, visit EA.com/unable-to-connect"
I reconnect to the EA servers, go back to ultimate team.....and the same message arrives
the home network is working perfectly
